PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American express and cash. But we always welcome bank transfer as our preferred payment method, as this avoids costly card/banking fee’s found with card and cash payments.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Terms
• All personal belongs should be removed from the vehicle, ShropShine and its staff do not accept any liability for
loss or damage to personal property whilst the vehicle is our care. It also makes our job easier not having to clean around it.
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose to us any known defects / weakness on the vehicle,
which may be affected by the cleaning process, prior to any work commencing. It is important to share the
vehicles history with us to ensure that the most appropriate service is offered. We will inspect the vehicle before starting our service and take any photo’s/Video of damage found. We also have CCTV that covers both the wash bay and detailing bays.
• Occasional after the vehicle has had an initial wash, it can sometimes become clear that further work may
be required to get it to the standard requested. If this is the case, we will contact you before continuing.
• For all clients, we require up to a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid
upon completion of the works. Please see our cancellation / deposit refund policy below. Final balance will be due on completion and before removal of the vehicle from our premises.
Drop off and Collection dates/Times………. Please try and arrive for the agreed date and time when dropping off or/and collecting your vehicle. We dont have the space to store vehicles past their agreed collection time. If you are going to be late, we need to be made aware as soon as possible as this will affect our next booking and cause delays. We always allow the time required for your booking and time to spend with you on drop off and collection, so when people are late without prior notice it causes delays for other customers. We ShropShine Detailing have the right to charge an additional storage fee if your vehicle isnt collected on time without prior notice with us, this will be charged at £50 per day. We may also need to park your vehicle outside if we require the space for the next booking. It is very important to stick to the agreed times, but we are aware things can happen. So please let us know as soon as possible of any delays. Unfortunatley the fact its raining and you want to collect when its dry isnt a good excuse, even though we would prefer this also.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

48hrs or less – Loss of full deposit
7-14 days prior – 50% deposit refunded
15+ days prior – 100% deposit refunded
• An additional charge will be made for excess pet hair unless already discuss at the time of booking.
• Occasionally due to weather conditions, we may need to reschedule an appointment. In this event, as
much notice as possible will be given and the earliest date offered to book back in.
Payment Terms
• A price will be given and agreed prior to any work commencing, based on the detail given by yourself on
the condition of the vehicle at the time of booking or upon us viewing and quoting. Should the condition be such that it would require
further chargeable work to bring it up to the desired level, we will attempt to contact you to
discuss the adjustment of price. Should we be unable to reach you or your alternative point of contact,
the further work will not be completed and the quality of the completed finish may be less than previously
agreed. However, we ShropShine Detailing reserves the right to amend the price during the detail if necessary.
This will always be brought to the your attention before proceeding.
• Upon completion of the agreed work an invoice will be issue.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, card payment or cash. We kindly ask that payment is made
immediately.
• All late payments may be subject to a late penalty fee of £50 after 7 days. If still outstanding after 30 days, without
prior agreement, this will increase to £100. In cases of failure to pay, we ShropShine Detailing reserve the right to
appoint a debt management company to recover unpaid funds.
